This quantitative study examined the influence of review center management on reviewees’ preparedness for the Licensure Examination for Teachers in Region XII. It determined the extent of review center management across regulatory compliance, instructional pedagogy, assessment and evaluation, and resource management, as well as its influence on reviewees’ preparedness in General Education, Professional Education, and Specialization. It also examined the relationship between review center management and reviewees’ preparedness and identified the most influential management practices, using a descriptive research design utilizing correlational and predictive analyses. The sample comprised 207 LET reviewees. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed through means, Pearson’s correlation, and regression analysis. The findings revealed that review center management was highly evident across all dimensions, indicating consistent adherence to standards, effective instruction, sound assessment, and adequate resource provision. Reviewees were likewise highly prepared across all domains of the Licensure Examination for Teachers, suggesting that review center management practices contributed to their preparedness, particularly in areas requiring critical thinking and pedagogical competence. Correlation analysis showed a very strong positive, and significant relationship between review center management and reviewees’ preparedness, while regression analysis confirmed that all dimensions significantly predicted preparedness, with resource management emerging as the strongest predictor. The study concluded that effective review center management is essential for enhancing reviewees’ preparedness and performance in the licensure examination for teachers. The results show that maintaining strong institutional practices, particularly in managing learning resources, instructors, facilities, and digital platforms, helps future teachers succeed in the licensure examination.
