Journal Management Team

The Journal Management Team of the International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies (IJROMS) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the journal. It ensures the smooth handling of manuscript submissions, coordination of communications among authors, reviewers, and editors, and proper implementation of the journal’s editorial workflow through the OJS platform. The team plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in the overall publication process while upholding the journal’s standards of ethical and high-quality scholarly publishing.

Ms. Japon is a member of the Editorial Staff of the International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies (IJROMS). She supports the journal in managing manuscript submissions and assists the editorial team in maintaining smooth editorial operations and scholarly standards. She is a cum laude graduate and a Licensed Professional Teacher who passed the licensure examination on her first attempt. She has experience as a substitute teacher at both Junior and Senior High School levels and has worked as a private tutor, strengthening her organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Her role in IJROMS focuses on supporting editorial workflow efficiency, ensuring proper documentation of submissions, and assisting in the coordination of communication between authors, reviewers, and editors.
