Policy Statement
The International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies (IJROMS) operates as a fully open-access journal. To support the cost of high-quality scholarly publishing and ensure sustainability of journal operations, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts.

The APC is designed to cover essential editorial and publishing services while maintaining transparency, fairness, and accessibility for authors.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
The APC for publication in IJROMS is:

PHP 2,500 per accepted manuscript

This fee is charged only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. There are no submission fees.

Editorial Excellence, Recognition, and Honorarium Framework (EERHF)

IJROMS implements the Editorial Excellence, Recognition, and Honorarium Framework (EERHF), a structured system that recognizes and supports the scholarly contributions of editors and peer reviewers.

A portion of the APC is allocated to sustain this framework, which ensures:

  • Performance-based honorarium for qualified reviewers and editors
  • Recognition of peer review as scholarly and intellectual work

Payment Terms

  • The APC is required only after final acceptance of the manuscript
  • Authors will receive a formal acceptance notification with payment instructions
  • Payment must be completed before the article proceeds to publication
  • Accepted articles will not be published until the APC has been settled

Waiver and Discount Policy

IJROMS is committed to inclusive and equitable access to publication. Authors who may have financial constraints may request partial consideration. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted prior to final acceptance.

Approval of waivers or discounts is subject to editorial discretion and does not influence the peer review or editorial decision.

Transparency and Ethical Assurance

Refund Policy

  • APC payments are non-refundable once the article has entered the production stage
