The journal welcomes original, high-quality, and unpublished research manuscripts from various academic disciplines and interdisciplinary fields.

Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully follow these guidelines prior to manuscript submission. Manuscripts that fail to comply with the journal’s formatting, ethical, technical, and structural requirements may be returned for correction before editorial evaluation.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submission, authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and unpublished.
  • The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  • All authors have approved the manuscript and agreed to submission.
  • The manuscript strictly follows the official IJROMS formatting requirements.
  • The manuscript is written in formal academic English.
  • References are complete, accurate, and include DOI links whenever available.
  • Tables and figures are properly labeled and cited in the text.
  • Ethical requirements and approvals have been complied with where applicable.

Non-compliant manuscripts may be returned prior to editorial evaluation.

Academic Integrity and Publication Ethics

Manuscript Structure

Title of the Study

Blind Manuscript Requirements

To preserve the integrity of the double-blind peer review process, the main manuscript file must not contain:

The blind manuscript must contain only:

  • Keywords
  • Main manuscript text

Abstract

The abstract must:

Literature Review

The literature review should:

  • Critically synthesize relevant scholarly works
  • Present theoretical and conceptual foundations
  • Identify research gaps
  • Support the rationale of the study

Methodology

The methodology section should clearly explain:

Research Design

The research approach and design used in the study.

Research Locale

The setting or environment of the study.

Research Participants

Population, sampling technique, sample size, and participant information.

Research Instrument

Description of instruments, including validity and reliability information.

Data Gathering Procedure

Step-by-step process of data collection.

Results and Discussion

This section should:

  • Present findings clearly and systematically
  • Use tables and figures appropriately
  • Interpret findings using relevant literature and theory
  • Explain implications and significance of results

Avoid unnecessary repetition between tables and narrative discussion.

Tables

Tables must:

  • Be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
  • Have titles placed above the table
  • Be editable and created using Word tables
  • Use 8-point font size
  • Use horizontal lines only
  • Be cited in the manuscript text

Figures

Figures must:

  • Be numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.)
  • Include captions below the figure
  • Be high-resolution and editable
  • Be properly cited within the text

Acceptable formats include JPEG, TIFF, EPS, and MS Office formats.

Equations and Statistical Reporting

Authors must follow accepted academic conventions for equations and statistical reporting.

  • Equations should be centered and numbered consecutively.
  • Statistical symbols should be italicized.
  • P-values and statistical data must be reported accurately.
  • Use internationally accepted statistical notation and reporting standards.

Ethical Considerations

Information regarding:

Conclusion and Recommendations

The conclusion should:
